Shipping

Where we ship

We ship throughout the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) and to most international destinations. A short list of countries we cannot currently ship to (due to customs or carrier restrictions) is shown at checkout if your address is affected.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Domestic shipments travel via USPS or UPS Ground. Expedited options are shown at checkout when available.

International rates and times

International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, typically $15–$45. Estimated transit time is 7–21 business days via USPS International or DHL eCommerce.

Customs, duties, and import taxes are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient. Charges vary by country. If you refuse delivery to avoid duties, the order will be treated as a return and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your label is generated. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), please email info@unbranded-skin.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents and email us within 7 days of delivery. Lost packages confirmed by the carrier are replaced or refunded at our cost.

Returns

What can be returned

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetics, including products with broken seals or used pumps and droppers.

Defective or wrong items

If you received the wrong item, or a product is defective on arrival, email us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We’ll send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost — or issue a full refund, your choice.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@unbranded-skin.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and the address to send your package.
  3. Pack the unopened products securely and ship them back. Customer pays return shipping (unless the return is for a defective or incorrect item).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue your refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.

International returns

International customers may return unopened items under the same 30-day window. Return shipping, customs paperwork, and any duties paid on the original shipment are non-refundable. Please mark the package “Returned Goods” on the customs declaration to avoid additional import duty being charged to us — otherwise that amount will be deducted from your refund.
