Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-10

Unbranded Skin LLC (“Unbranded Skin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website unbranded-skin.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information.

1. Who we are

Unbranded Skin LLC is a Nevada limited liability company. You can reach our privacy team at info@unbranded-skin.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account & order information — name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, order history, and any notes you give us at checkout.
  • Payment information — processed directly by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card number on our servers; we receive a token and the last four digits for receipt purposes only.
  • Communications — the contents of emails or messages you send us, and your subscription status for marketing email.
  • Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. Collected via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Marketing & advertising data — identifiers used by Klaviyo, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Pixel to measure campaign performance and deliver relevant ads.

3. How we use information

  • To process and fulfill your orders, including shipping, returns, and customer support;
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, return updates);
  • To send marketing email and SMS, only if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time;
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • To improve the Site, our products, and our customer experience;
  • To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer protection).

4. Service providers we share with

We share information with the third parties that help us run the business. Each is contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us:

  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing.
  • PayPal Holdings, Inc. — payment processing.
  • Shipping carriers — USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and similar.
  • Klaviyo, Inc. — email marketing, abandoned-cart recovery, and SMS.
  • Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 for traffic measurement.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — Meta Pixel for advertising attribution on Facebook and Instagram.
  • HostGator (Newfold Digital) — web hosting.
  • Professional advisors — accountants, lawyers, and auditors as required.
  • Government or law-enforcement bodies — only when legally compelled or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share certain advertising identifiers (such as cookies and pixel data) with Meta and Google for behavioral advertising, which may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law — see Section 7.

5. Cookies & tracking

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and personalize advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; turning them off may break parts of the Site. EU and UK visitors will be asked for consent before non-essential cookies fire.

6. How long we keep information

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and for up to seven years after your last order to comply with tax and accounting laws. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your California rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it;
  • Access a copy of that information;
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not knowingly collect sensitive categories);
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny service or charge a different price because you exercised your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@unbranded-skin.com with the subject line “California privacy request.” We will verify your identity using information already on file.

8. Your EU / UK rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. Our legal bases are: (i) contract performance to fulfill your order; (ii) legitimate interests for fraud prevention and analytics; and (iii) consent for marketing email and non-essential cookies. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Personal data processed by us is transferred to and stored in the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms with our service providers.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use TLS encryption for all data in transit, restrict access to personal information to authorized personnel, and rely on PCI-compliant processors for payments. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we will notify you and the appropriate regulators if a breach affects your information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the Site.
